David von Blanckensee
Co-Founder & CTO

David is a Co-Founder and CTO of IQ Leveraged. David helps executive and technology teams architect complex enterprise technology solutions that deliver tangible value today and that will serve as sound technical foundations for many years to come. David advises boards and executive teams on how to make pragmatic and commercially sound decisions to take AI ideas and translate them into robust, working systems that are safe and well-governed.

Prior to co-founding IQ Leveraged, David was the Global Head of Architecture at Woolworths Holdings where he was responsible for leading the global architecture shared services function as well as architecting and governing the global technology landscape. He was also the Founder at Innovation Quotient, an integration firm that David established and grew to become a platinum tier Workato partner as well as the CEO of OLR Retail, a specialised Oracle Retail partner which he grew to become a global leader in retail, omnichannel and commerce implementations.

David brings more than 30 years' experience working across enterprise systems, data and AI and he has a reputation for being able to see through the noise and break complex concepts down into simple steps. With his deep architecture experience, David is known for empowering his clients to make the no-regret next move in technology for their businesses. David's experience is broad and he has delivered global implementations in fields such as logistics, supply chain, planning, retail merchandising, wholesale, manufacturing and finance. He has also led projects in a diverse set of industries such as Retail and Consumer Products, Education and Defence Services.

Linda Chai
Co-Founder & CEO

Chai is Co-founder and CEO of IQ Leveraged, an AI-native advisory firm that helps organisations navigate technology decisions that will impact them for years to come. She advises boards and executive teams from blue sky ideas to the full execution of technology change, helping organisations move beyond AI experimentation to deliver sustainable outcomes, with disciplined execution, strong governance and strategic clarity.

Prior to co-founding IQ Leveraged, Linda was a Partner at KPMG, where she established and led the firm's Oracle practice and Mid-Market Technology and Business Advisory practice in Queensland. She previously spent 14 years with Deloitte, leading major technology transformation programmes including Australia's first national eHealth Strategy, which laid the foundations for My Health Record, and the world's first retail Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for David Jones. Earlier in her career, she held consulting and leadership roles with Gartner, IBM and PwC.

Linda offers more than 20 years' experience at the juncture between strategy, systems, people, processes and commercial outcomes, and true depth in enterprise, cloud and emerging technologies. She is best recognised for combining deep technical expertise with commercial judgement to help organisations navigate complexity, determine where technology can create genuine value and make sound decisions they can stand behind.

Linda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Queensland and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is a regular speaker on artificial intelligence and emerging technology, an active mentor to women in technology and business, and a long-standing volunteer with Scouts Australia.
